Growler shared at RBWG! Pours a hazy golden yellow with thin white head and moderate lacing. Aroma is tart fruit, light citrus, and wheat. Taste follows, light, crisp, and refreshing on the mouth. A solid berliner that is pretty enjoyable.

Growler at RBWG 2013 Grand Tasting. Pours hazy, pale yellow with a light, white cream head. Nice acidic lemon nose. Light sweet flavor with lots of zippy lemon tang, some lactic bite. Light bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Super clean, fresh finish, quenching sour lemons, mellow acidity. Really nice.

This draft brew from a rating party poured a head of frothy fine to medium sized white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a uncarbonated hazy light yellow white colored body and an excellent lacing. The mild aroma was malty. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and strongly tingly at the finish. The flavor contained notes of mildly acidic tart sour sweet and malt. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.

on tap at Cajun Cafe Spring Beer Festival 2012. Pours a milky light yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of wheat, citrus and lacto. Very light even for a berliner but that makes this crazy drinkable.

Pour out of 32 oz growler, thanks a ton Paul! Clear straw yellow pour with thin to no white head, disappearing quick from the acid. Aroma brought lemon, grain, slight corn, some vanilla, touch of lactic notes, hints of husky but not bad. Taste is a nice refreshing mix of grain, biscuit, bread, lemon, some slight spice, hints of lemon, touch of lactic, finishing tart and refreshing, slightly dry.
