Pour out of 32 oz growler, thanks a ton Paul! Clear straw yellow pour with thin to no white head, disappearing quick from the acid. Aroma brought lemon, grain, slight corn, some vanilla, touch of lactic notes, hints of husky but not bad. Taste is a nice refreshing mix of grain, biscuit, bread, lemon, some slight spice, hints of lemon, touch of lactic, finishing tart and refreshing, slightly dry.

Draft to taster at Rapp. Looks decent; a mostly transparent champagne with white lacing. Smells and tastes light, tart, and crisp with a good mouthfeel. Enjoyable.

UPDATED: JUL 9, 2012 Draft… Cajun Café on the Bayou Sour Festival 2012… Pours cloudy and off-white with a small, creamy, white head. Excellent retention. The nose is understated, but offers some nice acidity and lemon essence. Medium-bodied and milky with pillow-soft carbonation. Lemon-lime flavor. The acidity is nice, but not quite where I’d like it to be. Hints of sweetness and graininess. Clean, refreshing finish.
