Draft… Cajun Café on the Bayou Sour Festival 2012… Pours kind of pink with an orange tint and a mid-sized, creamy, white head. The restrained, fruity aroma offers blood oranges and very light acidity. Medium-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and airy carbonation. The flavor is tangy, sweet and very fruity – lots of blood orange here. A little too sweet for me; especially considering my expectations and the style. Crisp, tangy, fruity finish.

At Cajun sour fest. Blood orange Flavor is nicely balanced, slight sour, maybe a little funk in there.

On tap at the Sour Fest, poured a light hazy pink color, aromas of orange, and light funk. Flavors are orange, cream, light funk, and a touch of bitterness. Interesting beer overall.

6/16/12. On tap at the Cajun Sourfest. Lightly pink pour with a nice white head. Big orange aroma with a lightly orange flavor that reminds a bit of blood orange soda. Not bad.
