3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Tasted on 1/21/14 from a 32oz growler shared with me by rustyham, big thanks Nick. Pours hazy light yellow with a thin white head that disappears after a bit of time. The nose is lightly fruity (although hard to describe what fruit it is that I am smelling), a hint of light lemon tartness, and a very natural warm salty sea water aroma. The flavor is pretty much the same with the sweetish tart lemon pith backed up by the bright salt. The body is super light with just under average carbonation and a surprisingly long tart and salty finish.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft on the patio at Cajun Cafe in Pinellas Park. Phenomenal, traditional gose. Nice hit of salinity at first and then a mix of wheat and tart sourness. Great beer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tap at Rapp. Aroma is huge sour lemon candy with some wheat and mildew. Tastes mildly sour. Not really that salty either. Sour lemon candy, wheat, leather, and paper. Very dry. Decent but disappointing based on the rates here.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft from Rapp Brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow with a modest head. Aroma is slight tart lemons, Cheerios, cereal grains, and brine. The taste is similar with the cereal grains coming hard and then the saltiness and slight tart lemons on the finish. Well rounded and really full flavored. Modest carb, medium light body. One of my favs.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a very pale, dull golden with a white ring. Mustard, lemon, and dirty dish rag on the nose. Nice, full mouth feel. Fruity pebbles immediately in the flavor, then it gets progressively tart and sour. A little like margaritas midway. A little salty as well.

On tap. Cloudy, lemon yellow pour with minimal head. Very bright aroma. Salty start, almost comes on like a margarita before the wheat/yeast kicks in. Very thin mouthfeel.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draft. Light yellow pour with white head. Tart citrus, a touch of salt and a hint of sour tones. Flavors are light citrus, tart fruit, salt, and light funkiness, wow.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft at Rapp, 3/16/2015. Bright hazy yellow with thick white head. Aroma is lactic acid, tart lemons and sea water. Flavor is acidic, tart lemons, dusty wheat and a blast of salt in the finish. I like this brew but it has a tad more salt than I care to have in my gose, just a bit much.
