Again, really smooth and creamy. Lactose addition adds additional creaminess. Heavy chocolate. Moderately sweet, but not overpowering.

Tap flight at the brewery. Near black pour with purple hue. Light brown foam head. Aroma is very chocolaty from a distance and up close also reveals marshmallow and toasted marshmallow. Taste is semi sweet chocolate syrup, vanilla bean, and dark chocolate cream with a subtle burst of hops at the end to balance out the sweetness and round out the bitterness. Velvety mouthfeel. No detectable ABV. Delicious.

8.5, very smooth, very sweet and milky. Lots of chocolate, sweet, a little bit of a cacao roughness. Musty and bright

Lubiere (8239) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 9, 2013
A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, lots of Nestle quick chocolate with sweet cherries, alcohol warmth. In mouth, a sweet chocolate bar with light fruity notes, malt balls, nice and smooth. On tap at brewpub, Dec. 8 2012.

On draft at the brewery, poured a dark black color with aromas of chocolate, roast, lactose, light earth, and a touch of sweetness. Flavors are the same, light on the palate for a stout, wish it was a little thicker, but a very nice stout over all. Pretty much a spot on chocolate milk.
