Beerman6686 (4372) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 16, 2014
This one poured a pale yellow with a white head. Aroma was of grass, pale malt, and some spicey hops. Flavor was pale malt, a little sweet and lacking cracker notes and subdued noble hops.

Draft - Grains and honey. Pale gold with a white little head. Lots of grain, honey and a long grainy sweet finish. Not particularly crisp, but a nice honey flavour throughout.

Sampled draught as part of a flight at the brewpub on January 19, 2014.
Golden color, small white head. Apricot, malty, sweet taste. Apricot aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, low CO2, low bitterness. Sweet scent.

Scopey (6943) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 8, 2013
Tap at Rapp. It pours lightly hazy pale yellow with a small white head. The nose is sweet pale malt, doughy, grass and eggnog. The taste is grassy, earth, dough, light sweetness, dull bitterness and some spice with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Decent.

Incredibly malty, sweet, and herbal. You can really taste the dryness of the grain and the husks. Very easy, smooth, and fluffy.

On tap @ Rapp Brewing. This was a pretty fruity lager that finished on the dry side with some nice palate-cleansing bitterness. Overall pretty light considering the medium-strength ABV.

Slightly too fruity for me with a bit of extra bitterness. Dry with a nice light grain character in the flavor and through the finish.

Straw colored pour with a light white head. No aroma. Taste is crisp, hoppy, and sweeter than expected malts. I never thought I would say this, but this is a big Kolsch. (Huh?). Creamy mouthfeel. Nice, but maybe too big for the style.
