Sampled from the bottle at the Cajun Cafe Fall Fest. Pours a cloudy amber brown with a tan head that starts at the edges and dissipates completely. Aroma has a strong sweet alcohol note with sweet grains, sweet fruit and caramel. Flavor is more balanced with caramel throughout and a bit of bourbon with some underlying cookie. Drinks surprisingly well.

21 abv, batch 005. Brewer said it began as a Utopia clone but got tweaked. flat glowing garnet. Aroma of sweet chili’s, cinnamon, nutmeg, spice and caramel. Flavor is burnt totes, some sweet tomato, cinnamon, pumpkin pie, butter, biscuits. Amazing, sweet and fantastic.
