On draft at Sour Fest, pours a brownish red color, aromas of light maple, wet wood, light dark fruits, and light tartness. Flavors followed suit, not the best beer they had there, but decent.

Draft… Cajun Café on the Bayou Sour Festival 2012… Pours clear and new-penny-copper with no head. The nose is a mélange of wood, caramel and maple notes accompanied by the slightest hint of acidity. Full-bodied with tingly carbonation. The flavor is both acidic and acetic, and offers some very nice caramel, toffee and toasted malt sweetness. Woody, mildly acidic, red wine finish.

6/16/12. On tap at the Cajun Sourfest. Nice red pour with a nice khaki head. Slightly odd aroma of wood, maple syrup, burnt caramel, alcohol and just a touch of tartness. More maple and caramel in the flavor with dots of cherries, woodiness, and lingering alcohol. Eh.
