Draft… Cajun Café on the Bayou Sour Festival 2012… Cloudy off-white ale with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. The aroma presents loads of passionfruit/grapefruit with some very nice acidity. Medium-bodied with feather-soft carbonation. The flavor offers full-on sweet and tangy passionfruit. Crisp, lightly fruity, refreshing finish.

On draft at Sour Fest, poured a hay yellow color, aromas of troical fruit, light passion fruit, some light barn yard, and some malt. Flavors follow suit, light tartness from passionfruit, nice beer overall.

At Cajun sour fest. Rather weak on the sour side but the passion fruit flavor is very nice. But not every berliner needs to melt your enamel off. It is an interesting contrast to the Wakefield passion fruit.

6/16/12. On tap at the Cajun Sourfest. Light creamy golden pour with a small white head. Light passion fruit aroma mixed with a definite Cheerios aspect. Slightly tart and mostly fruity and sweet flavor again with a big cereal aspect. Not bad.
