3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft... Lightly hazy amber lager with a brief, wispy, white head. The faint aroma is a fusion of peppery hops and toffee. Medium to full-bodied with a whole-milk mouthfeel and buzzing carbonation. The flavor is that of a hopped-up amber ale – toasted, crunchy malts intertwined with spicy lupulin bitterness. Lengthy, bittersweet finish.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft at the tasting room in St. Pete, FL. Copper pour into a snifter with a medium white head. Aroma of spices, sweet malts, and cereal. The taste was similar with a very refreshing, different flavor than a regular Pilsener. Very clean, crisp, refreshing, and desirable. Finish has those blended spices and malts balanced well.

Very interesting, slightly smoky and acidic, like ash and caramel. Little bit of hominy. Slight sharpness, like sharp cheddar. Smooth maltiness, too.
