On draft at the brewery, poured a light tan color with aromas of light sour fruit, banana, caramel, plastic, and some citrus. Flavors are the same, no carbonation on this beer, disappointing.

Pour out of 32 oz growler, thanks Paul! Muddy brown pour with thin tan head, aroma has rye, chocolate, coffee, roast, hints of banana, clove, some hints of sour fruits, touch of earth, slight metallic note, very interesting. Taste is a big punch of rye, slight bread, hints of caramel, toffee, slight biscuit, slight sour fruit, finishing slightly sour, slightly sweet.

From the growler at Cajun Cafe Fest 2012. Pours a hazy amber with a white head. Nose is some spicy rye, some some bready malt, and some mild hops. Flavor follows- rye, light malt, mild sweetness. Medium in body and an interesting take on the style overall.
