Pint into a glass at public house in Sturbridge. Light honey color, thin lacing, sweet honey all around taste. Easy drinking summer brew. Ok

On tap in a pint glass. Pours golden/amber with a white head. Aroma of pale and caramel malts, some light hops, and maybe some honey and floral notes? Flavor the same. Average texture. No need for boring beer in this world anymore.

5 oz. taster @ R.I. Brewfest 2 Feb 2013. Nose is pale malt and tons of honey. Has a flower nuances. Taste is simple, yet good. Biscuit malts covered in honey. No hops anywhere in this brew. I think some type of hop to dry and cut the bitterness is much needed. You’ll love this is you like a honey drenched APA. With a little tweaking this could be very good.

Not sure how I really feel about this beer. It was easy to drink but being a session beer it was way to sweet to be able to drink more than one. The hop profile was almost non existent and the honey was very overwhelming. Mouthfeel was also a little sticky. Not a bad beer but a little unbalanced.

From tap at South Street Diner. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light grassy, honey and light cornish. Smooth fruity, light bitterness and mild grassy. Smooth honey and light fruity finish.

A: The beer pours a clear golden color with a finger of white head. S: Sweet malt all throughout. There actually is a mild honey flavor with some floral hops. Maybe a bit of corn? Quite simple with a mild bread aroma. T: As with the aroma, this is a very simple beer. Some pale malt flavors as well as a bit of actual honey flavor and sweetness. Some toffee and a few light floral hop notes. M: Light in body with a medium carbonation. O: Nothing about this beer really made me want to keep drinking it. I was find just sharing this pint with my friend.

Tap. A nice summer beer. It was a clear golden color with a medium head. The flavor was slightly fruity and crisp. Very light and refreshing.
