COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This very pale, hoppy ale is made from low colour Maris Otter malt. A combination of three high alpha American hops produce an intensely aromatic and resinous finish.

Cask at the Pup and Duckling, Solihull. Poured a clear straw colour with a whispy white head. The aroma is yeast, grassy hop, citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a crisp, dry zesty citrus, hop bitter, light spice palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Really decent cask pale ale. Light zesty and very slightly floral aroma. Flavours of citrus, a little pine, light malt, a tiny bit of tropical fruit. Moderate bitter finish, light to medium bodied, light carbonation. Nice.

Cask at RHS Harlow Carr Beer & Cider Festival. An amber pour with a thick white head; deep citrusy aroma with some pine in the background; big grapefruit taste; then some aromatic resinous hops in the finish. A refreshing beer, full of flavour.

Cask, 4.3 % abv, hand-pulled at the brewpub. Stable white head, spotty lacing to the upper level of the glass. Clear golden body. Hop fruity aroma, hints of citrus shells. Flavour of grapefruit and lemon offset by subdued malty sweetness. Mild, dry citrus peels to the ending. Very refreshing and easy to drink. Moreish stuff (Huddersfield 09.07.2014).
