In den Anfängen unserer Brauerei waren fast alle Biere „braun“, die Möglichkeiten der Malzherstellung waren begrenzt. In Erinnerung an diese „Braunbiere“ alter Zeiten haben unsere Brauer nun unter Federführung des Technischen Leiters Werner Kunert und des Braumeisters Heinz Kornes aus besten Zutaten und nach überlieferten Rezepturen ein Jubiläumsbier gebraut, das 1633 ORIGINAL DUNKEL, eine Spezialität, die für 375 Jahre Brauerfahrung im BÜRGERBRÄU steht.
Das Bier wie damals. Der Geschmack für heute: Das Jubiläumsbier 1633 ORIGINAL DUNKEL in der schönen Flasche mit dem eleganten Etikett im warmen Braunton.
Es ist ein dunkles Bier mit einem ausgesprochen feinen malzaromatischen Geschmack. Auch diesem Bier gönnen wir alle Ruhe des Reifens, so wie unsere Vorfahren im Braukunst-Handwerk ihre Biere reifen ließen, damit sich Aroma, Schaum, Geruch und Geschmack auf höchstem Niveau entwickeln können.
Mit seiner wunderschönen feinporigen Schaumkrone und seiner samtbraunen Farbe erfreut es bei 12,3 % Stammwürze und alc. 5,1 % vol. sowohl den Gaumen als auch das Auge und steht frisch abgefüllt in Flaschen zu 0,33 Liter zum Genuss bereit.
