Imperial Wheat.
We have taken our wildly popular Hefeweizen recipe and ramped it up to wine strength and are thrilled with the outcome. The result is a suprisingly quenching deep gold elixir with the heat of alcohols hidden nicely under the silky texture of fruity esters from the finest malted wheat available, a slightly elevated fermentation temperature, and months of careful aging. We are proud to share our creation with you and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
