Brewed for the Seattle Beer News booth at the 2010 Washington Brewer’s Festival. This hoppy American wheat ale is a light session beer, but it sneakily brings you over to the hoppy side with a boatload of Amarillo and Sorachi Ace hops. Five total hop additions, including first wort hopping and dry hopping to finish things off. The bitterness remains low, but we aim to make the hop flavor and aroma really shine.
