Cask; Occasional. Originally a special for July 2010 (Single Hop Series) but reappeared in September 2013.

A powerful hop from the USA, first released in 1985 as a good source of bittering oils for the large US beer factories (you know the ones...). Thankfully Chinook soon proved itself worthy of use by discerning brewers as well, who knew how to take advantage of itís distinctive rich citrus grapefruit properties. We have used Chinook for a number of years, and have found it be one of the best hops for flavour use.
