Cando se intensifica o sentido aparece o fondo de malta, caramelo e as castañas asadas no outono. Ten un fondo moi suave a alcol que intensifica os suaves aromas desta cervexa.
APARIENCIA. Cervexa de fermoso cor caramelo moi brillante. Ten unha vivacidade media que agradece os sorbos curtos. A escuma é densa e duradeira debido o seu baixo grado alcohólico.
SABOR. Sabor suave, agradable, con un amargor final e recordos a cravo e o sabor dos fungos que medran a sombra dos carballos nos húmidos outonos galegos. O paso por boca e discreto e limpo e ao final amplo e longo.
SENSACIÓNS EN BOCA. Cervexa con corpo lixeiro e predominio do compoñente amargo.
IMPRESIÓN XERAL. O amargor final unido ao paso limpo por boca forma un contraste interesante, que unido aos sabores a castaña asada, a fungo e a cravo trasládanos as tardes de descanso do outono rematadas con longas noites ao calor do lume dunha lareira celta chea de sensacións.
