Santiago de Compostela, Spain AROMA. Aroma a lúpulo aromático que recorda notas florais e boscosas, parece arrancada dos montes galegos do século XIX. As levaduras e as maltas empregadas crearon unha cervexa con vigor aromático.
APARIENCIA. Limpa, brillante con unha cor dourada e escuma ampla e lixeira.
SABOR. Suave toque a malta con final lixeiramente amargo. Ten unha persistencia alta e resulta moi agradable e fresca. O suave sabor amargo logra un equilibrio perfecto cos aromas boscosos.
SENSACIÓNS EN BOCA. Cervexa balanceada entre aroma e sabor na que se manifesta claramente o alcol. Arrastra hasta a actualidade a tradición cervexeira galega do século XIX.
IMPRESIÓN XERAL. Gallaecia Mil800 pega con todo e pode ser tomada para acompañar un prato ou para substituír unha copa nocturna. É aromática, suave, agradable e esperta as sensacións necesarias para disfrutar dunha bebida redonda. Está elaborada seguindo a tradición do antigo reino de Galicia, que deixou de selo no século dos anos 1800.
