"Rainbow in the Dark" ale was an idea from The Gryphon’s Landlord, John Ashby, as way of commemorating the one year anniversary of Ronnie James Dio’s sad passing. After a discussion with Arbor Ales, who were more than happy to get on board, the creative juices started flowing. After weeks of preparation and combining of fantastic ingredients, this exceptional ale is now available on tap only at The Gryphon.
Light floral tones and slight hoppy tang of a paler ale gives way to a thick cocoa and coffee aftertaste.
