Named Millsy’s Mashed Milleni-ale by winner John Norris of our 2nd Annual Name the Brew Contest, this beer was brewed with 100 pounds of Burbank Russet Potatoes as our 1,000th batch of beer. The potatoes are evidenced by a subtle flavor that gives way to an assertive, yet pleasant hop spectrum comprised of Columbus, Amarillo, and Citra hops. At 6.44% ABV, #1,000 is good for what ales ya’.
