A cerveja do estilo Vienna foi fabricada pela primeira vez na Áustria, foi desenvolvida em 1841 por Anton Dreher. É uma cerveja de baixa fermentação. Apesar de ser um tradicional estilo possui poucos representantes atuais no mercado. A Bierland Vienna possui três tipos de malte de cevada, que lhe conferem uma coloração avermelhada, o aroma remete a tons florais e cítricos vindo dos três tipos de lúpulo utilizados, além de leves notas adocicadas sugerindo caramelo, vindas do malte. Seu sabor apresenta boa presença de malte no inicio, remetendo a leves notas adocicadas e que recebe em seguida generosa porção de lúpulo, trazendo agradável e persistente amargor. O teor alcoólico é 5,4% e sugerimos harmonizá-la com carnes vermelhas.
