OPEN NOIR is based on the same recipe used for OPEN but is characterized by the aromas given by the cold infusion of licorice from Calabria. It immediately gives out a scent of licorice; when drank it feels velvety, smooth and is easy to drink. WARNING! We are working on a brand new version of Open Noir after a careful review of its recipe, but… you will have to wait until fall 2013… EBC 27, 16.8°
