Braumeister Axel Kiesbye hatte die Idee: ein Bier mit Zutaten des Waldes zu brauen. Das "Waldbier - Edition 2011" hat er in Kooperation mit den Österreichischen Bundesforsten hergestellt. Gemeinsam wurde es am 22. September anlässlich des Internationalen Jahres des Waldes im Restaurant Holy-Moly! am Badeschiff Wien präsentiert.
