Monkey Paw 16th & F Double Dry Hopped Pale Ale

Brewed by Monkey Paw Pub and Brewery
San Diego, California USA
Style: American Pale Ale | Ratings: 3 | Special Seasonal | Alcohol: 5.5%
Hazy. Bitter. Unrefined. Sometimes a beer comes along that just defies what you think a style should encompass. We took a pale ale and hopped it like an IPA. Then we dry hopped the hell out of it. What came out is a pale ale that is hoppy, grassy, nicely bitter, and all in all a great pale ale that was left rough around the edges. We really wanted to make a beer that could be left in its natural state to show off how beer really looks and tastes. We call it 16th and F Double Dry Hopped Pale Ale.
