Danish: Efter Tante Møghe (Barley Wine) og Oberst Hachel (Export) er turen nu kommet til den lille, nysgerrige Hr. Schwann: En fimset, rødhåret øl tilsat diverse bornholmske frugter, så som ribs, solbær, stikkelsbær og hyldebær.
På basis af en Pale Ale med Chinook og Columbus humle, er bærrene blevet tilsat under gæringsprocessen. Efter 8 måneder på tank har øllets farve således skiftet fra korngul til lyserød. Smagen præges af bærrene og skallernes tanniner, kombineret med en frisk citral humle og en læskende syrlighed. Denne dessin havde nok været genstand for beundring og forbløffelse blandt det kræsne publikum i Damernes Magasin. Overgæret.
