We took our .357 Imperial Pilsner and aged it in an oak barrel with a Brettanomyces culture. The nose is full of Brett characteristics: funky, barnyard, sour, etc. The Brett character calms down quickly giving way to the smooth malt flavor of the Pilsner and finishes with a bit of heat from the alcohol
