The Three-Eyed Trout resides deep within the gulches of the Schuylkill river until its annual migration to just outside the brewery, hoping to get a sample of this rich, hoppy warmer. This Stout is made with the same malts and hopping schedule of our popular Double IPA with the addition of roasted barley and chocolate malts. This comparatively, is more robust and velvety melded with copious citrus back-tones from the west coast hops. 66 IBUís.
Formerly a summer seasonal and at 10%.
