Viborg Imperial Stout brewed in the English style like those that were originally exported to the Russian market. The stout we brew here at Viborg bryghus is black, full. We use round handed amounts of peat smoked malt and English licorice. The full flavor and the high alcohol make this a beer for gents and real stout enthusiasts. Itís hand brewed by the use of a gas kettle and open fire, and provides the pronounced caramel flavor. Top fermented and cellared in 4 weeks. We recommend it to accompany lamb, ox, sausages and dark chocolate.
