Viborg Scottish Ale is true to the style with itís slightly smoked malty caramel flavor and a buttery after taste that is especially pronounced because itís brewed using an open fire in the old Scottish tradition. Because of the 7,6% alcohol itís classified as a Wee heavy. For food Scottish Ale is nice with fish. Top fermented and cellared in 6 weeks.
