Da vi skulle brygge denne øl havde vi det gryende, danske forår i tankerne med masser af lys og blomster som erantis og påskelilje. Vi har tilsat ekstra humle, der giver et strejf af blomsterduft og gør øllen en smule mere bitter end vores andre hvedeøl. Påske Hvede er gul som lyst rav og er en frisk frugtig hvedeøl med forårsaroma.
Drik øllen til en god påskefrokost med fjordrejer, asparges og hele det sprøde danske forårskøkken. Eller nyd øllen på den første solrige dag på terrassen eller ved vandet en solrig søndag. En dejlig forfriskende smagsoplevelse fyldt med lys og årstidens stemning. Server øllet kælderkoldt i et rummeligt glas, så aroma og skum kan folde sig ud. Ryst den sidste sjat inden opskænkning.
