Schneider Weisse Kristall was created by Georg V. Schneider in the 1980ís. This elegant and sparkling wheat beer is not only a great refreshment but can also serve as the perfect alternative to sparkling wine and prosecco when served with a shot of elderberry syrup. Bottle conditioned.

Ingredients: water, wheat malt (50%), barley malt (50%), hops (Magnum, Cascade, Hallertauer Saphir), yeast.
