COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Himmlisch!

16/04 Another Marko’s, thanks! 0.33 l bottle poured hazy amber colored body with quite big head atop. Fine biscuit and toasted aroma, touched with some underripe lemon hops. Fine, lightly bitter flavor, earthy, herbal hoppy and toasted again, biscuit and caramel. Medium bodied with pleasant toasted finish. Nice and very pleasant although a bit too simple and plain.

Puke like aroma with mild flavor of fruits. Blurry appearance with some floating ingredients staying all over the glass. Taste has a mild flavor of fruits but in very stuffy way. Light palate with adequate carbonation.

Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him and heavy. Orange/golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, fruity hoppy tea like nose. Moderate malty, pleasant fruity hoppy and mild caramel taste with moderate bitterness. Aromatic brew and really pleasant surprise.

Huge thanks to Ana for this one! Poured a nice shiny golden/amber body with a lasting relatively big white head. Malty nose, orange from the aroma hops, sweet and light. Creamy taste, orange, yoghurt, quite light bitterness, apricot juice... more aromatic than bitter, it’s a nice, fresh pale ale.

330 ml bottle.
Pours a golden colour with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, herbs and some grass. Flavour of weak floral hops, strong exotic fruits, lime and grass. Medium bodied, slick mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Finishes light bitter and fruity. A bit weird.

Bottle 33 cl, BBE 13.07.2013. Pours unclear pale golden in color with a white head. Pine, grassy bitter hops and light citrus notes in aroma. Dry. Fizzy mouthfeel. Bitter and a bit of fruityness in taste.

Bottled (thanks mom & dad). Goldeny orange colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, grainy, grassy, earthy and mild toasted notes as well. Flavour is grass, toffee, mild toasted notes as well as quite grassy and bitter notes in the finish. Something rather similar to the pils in it.

0,33 l bottle BB Jul 13 from Bierzwerg uh-oh ... I had high expectations. And this Pale Ale didn’t met the expectations. In the nose it is interesting and fruity. But the taste... well let’s call this a bitter north german Pale Ale. Or is it it a kind of fruity bitter Pils ?

Appearance: Light hazy dark golden color with a thick foamy off white head.
Aroma: Fruity and hoppy.
Palate: Medium body. Moderate sweet and a fine bitterness. Soft carbonation. Oily texture.
Taste: Hoppy and fruity on a solid fine balanced malt background.
Overall impression: A really nice and fresh ale.
Personal stats: Bottle from a trade with Grima.
