Erstmalig zum 7. Reeperbahn Festival vom 20. bis 22. September 2012 brauen wir im Rahmen unserer Limited Editions ein Seasonal Pale Ale ein. Eine fein abgestimmte Malzmischung verleiht dem Ratsherrn Reeperbahn Festival Beer seine Waldhonig-Farbe und einen weißen, feinporigen Schaum mit einem fruchtigen, schlanken Körper. Ideal zum größten Clubfestival Deutschlands. Zutaten: Wasser, Gerstenmalz, Hopfen (Herkules, Tradition, Cascade, Saphir, Hallertauer Mittelfrüh) Stammwürze: 13,5%

Clear medium amber orange colour with a average to large, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, caramel, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, grass, orange - citrus, fruity hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity - caramel, grass. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20131001]

Pours hazy amber colored with small creamy head. Smell is strong hoppy , with citrus fruits and slight floral nuances. Starts with lots of aroma hops, lots of citrus and pine woods. Soft carbonation. Middle part is more bitter, with lots of pine woods and citrussy hops. Goes into a bitter-dry, floral-hoppy finish with some grapefruit.

Bottled. A dark golden beer with some sediment floating around under a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of spicy hops, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Pours a cloudy golden colour with a white head. Aroma of yeast. floral hops and exotic fruits. Flavour of strong fresh floral hops, exotic fruits, grass and some yeastiness. Medium bodied, slick mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Finishes floral, bitter and yeasty. Their best brew so far.
