Formerly known as "RavenBeer Tell Tale Hearty Ale".

Your first experience with this IPA is the citrus bouquet from its rocky white head. The initial taste is subdued but gradually becomes intense without any harsh bitterness. The Heartier the Better.

Bottle sample at a tasting at avrashi’s place. Thanks Rotem. Clear golden. Aroma of rather stale citric hops, graininess, and a bit of cardboard. Flavor has sweetiswh malt, graininess, and bitterish stale hops. Medium-bodied. Not too fresh.

12oz bottle from the sister again. Hop profile gets into that medicinal and band aid sort of realm that hasn’t quite worked for me recently. Decent malt backbone with some caramel and toffee again. Big body and flavors.

Bottle from Mills Annapolis. Nice amber body with medium head. Nose of fruits, caramel, some citrus. Taste hoppy, with some bitter. Nice texture. Bitter in the finish. Well done.

One of the worst beers ever to come out of Maryland. It was skunky to the point that I seriously doubt that it ever had a good flavor.

Bottle to shaker glass. Pours clear amber, quick white head, no real lacing or retention. Aroma of citrus fruits and caramel. Taste is moderately bitter, moderate sweetness. Medium body, light carbonation, soapy mouth feel. Finishes moderately bitter. Tasting notes of pine, citrus and caramel. Nothing real special here but drinkable.

Tap at the Fridge for Chuck! Pours in the glass amber somewhat clear with a great creamy lacey beige head. Aroma is light sweet candy orange hops, no zest! Flavor is quite nice and pleasant bringing sweet malty citrus smooth hops malty candy like on the palate. To Chuck!
