Tap at Rogue Island, Providence. It pours cloudy gold with a thick white head. The nose is fresh, cracker, bread, water biscuit and hay. The taste is crisp, bitter, cracker, florals, citrus peel, grass and bready malt backbone with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Simple and easy-going.

Tap at the brewery. Pours clear amber with a medium, frothy off-white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma Aroma cracker malt, fruity and floral hops. Flavor is medium hops and bitterness, light honey malt and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Draft at the source. Hazy golden color, medium white head. Nice fruity aroma. Taste is light citrus, tropical fruit. Easy drinking.

If you like pale ales, seek this one out. It is not overly hoppy and is a good representation of the style. (other than the hint of rye /spiceness). This is the type of beer you could stick to for the night and be happy with it.
