Cask conditioned at The All Inn, Staveley, Derbys. Gold with white head. Lightly hoppy beer with a juicy gooseberry flavour, pleasantly dry and lengthy on the palate. Lasting bitterness, very pleasant.

Cask, The Salmon, Leicester. Pale gold with a white head. Aromas are melon with mellow grapefruit and grape skin. Peanuts with low malts and pepper. Flavours are dry lager-like malts with dry, peppery hops and pithy grapefruit bitterness. Dry on the finish. Pretty good.
