Bottle. Murky orange pour with a monster head and tons of retention. Kind of a weird malty, caramel, holiday spice thing going on here. It’s okay, not sure I’d buy it again.

Bottle. Reddish brown pour. Off white lacing head. Aroma is spicy -nutmeg and coriander prominent and orange peel with some malt. Spiciness continues in the taste with ginger emerging. Nice light dry bitterness also. Carbonation quite high medium body. A nice seasonal quaff

Pours a red with a full and frothy white head. Pleasing aroma consists of apple, ginger, cinnamon, lemon, and orange. The fruits and ginger are the dominant qualities in this aspect. Taste is big on spice. Lots of ginger, along with cinnamon and nutmeg are on top. The fruitiness is still readily apparent, but serve more as undertones. Spicy cinnamon aftertaste is rather short. Dry finish. Medium bodied with some fizzy carbonation in the mouthful. Lots of lacing remains. I thought this was a good beer. While I’m usually not the biggest fan of this style, this one is more different than others and there is plenty here to enjoy.

Bottle from Salling. Nice creamy head with excellent duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are fruits, caramel, xmas spices, malt and hops.

Bottle 50 cl. Slightly hazy dark golden with a huge foamy white head. Sweet and perfumed aroma of malt, caramel and ginger. Smgen is sweet and perfumed with a pungent ginger flavor.

Bottle @ DØE Øl Festival 2012. Clear amber/dark golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, and spices. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, little bitter, spices and a little bitter.

Sample at CBF12. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hopy aroma. Spicey cinnamon notes. Moderate bitter flaor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.
