Cask; Regular. Also available bottle conditioned.
A railway themed name after the name for two engines pulling a train. A golden brew made only with pale ale malt and goldings hops giving it a well balanced hoppy flavour. Very drinkable - beware!!

Københavnske Øldage 07. Bottle. Golden with a light fruity (apple) aroma. The flavour has the same, a bit monotonous notes, maybe also a bit of citrus. The finish has a rather dry, light bitterness. 2146

A mid orange brown coloured beer with a thickish white head. A weak hoppy nose, with an underlying malty aroma. A dry taste, spicy hop flavourwith a biscuity slightly sweet malty flavour. The finish is dry. (Cask - The Globe, King’s Lynn, Norfolk).

500 ml bottle. Rich golden reddish colour with a slight haze. Tall white creamy head. Lightly acidic apricot aroma. Light, almost watery, texture. Light hop bitterness, but the finish is really drying and leaves the mouth very dry. The beginning is really nice, but finishes rather dull.

500 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal pub, Stavanger. Bottle conditioned. ABV is 5.3%. Golden colour, hazy. Large and lasting off-white head. Nice hoppy / citrussy aroma. The flavour is also distinctly hoppy throughout, but there is also a noticeable presence of alcohol - in a blind test I would have guessed that the beer was somewhat stronger than 5.3%. There’s a moderate sweetness in the background. Moreish.

A Mes rate: Gravicask up the Junction. Not sure about the orangey colour. Slightly sweet and malty with some tangy fruits that is totally washed away by a bitter finish.
