Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small, fizzy to frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat to soft. [20101231]

Cask at beer table. Bland. Smells of honey, sugar and water. Not much going on here. Very sessionable, but not a fan

6 Sweet fruity malty aroma.
3 Mid orange, brief head.
7 Full juicy fruity retronasals. Pleasant malty body, slight roast..
4 Soft palate, carbonation low. Lovely honeyish finish, some fleshy fruits.
13 Some weetabix too, but a very nice refreshing bitter.

cask @ redlight redlight. Light hoppy nose, grassy aromas with traces of yeast. Pours bright and clear golden with a thick white head. Refreshing and crisp, grassy hops with straw and hay notes with some earthy notes with hints of herbs and hint of sweetness. Crisp and light with dry bitter finish. Excellent session beer!

6th November 2008. Clear gold beer. Grapefruit hops very nicely balanced by sweet peach! Not too dry and very drinkable.

Cask at Willow Walk, Victoria 16 Nov 08. Pale golden colored. A filmy white head. Modest sweet fruity aroma. Well rounded but lacks identity in flavor. Malty dominance with some fruity hints in the aftertaste.

Cask, The Highcross, Leicester. Golden with an off-white head. Aromas are biscuit malts with some nuttiness and apricot fruitiness. Flavours are hoppy, dry and fresh with citrus. Bitter grapefruit towards the finish and a dry aftertaste. Good.

Dark blond color. Light aroma, ordinary flavor, quite strong bitterness. There is a touch of bitter almonds, otherwise very common.
