Cask @ Akkurat, Stockholm Rather blonde for a seasonal beer like this. Fruity and malty and RCH house taste. Are they using lager hops (saaz?) for this?

Cask gravity dispense at Blakes, Dover December 2004. Ruby colour with thinnish head. This ale has some good malt and not bad for a Christmas seasonal
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 chriso (7062) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 26, 2004
Amber colour. Malty aroma. Sweetish palate, with subtle fruit and some dry malt coming through late, together with a little bitterness. Low hop profile. Not very Christmassy, more like an autumnal best bitter. OK, but not that much happening. Cask (handpump), Lord Moon of the Mall (JDW), Whitehall, London.
