This light bodied blonde ale is perfectly balanced with a touch of Crystal hops for bittering and aromatics. Fireman’s #4 is a great choice on any hot Texas summer day or pair it with spicy foods to help you put out the fire.

Aroma is tiny hints of chocolate and, strange enough, smoke -probably gunsmoke (I’m drinking the ’Remember the Alamo’ alias). Appearance is a pale golden color..... clear liquid. Head doesn’t last long, but is white in during its short life. Very pleasant taste that would make Davy Crockett and Capt. Bowie proud. An almost-medium sweet flavor that jibes well with the aforementioned aromas. Medium-bodied beer with a slick texture. Carbonation is average. The finish is long and smooth. Compliments the taste nicely! Not bad. Would recommend.

Pours a straw yellow color with a thin white head which disappears quickly.....aroma of sweetness, a bit of yeastiness......taste is a touch spicy fading away to a clean bit of sweet breadiness with barely noticeable bittering on the back end. A nice summer brew.

Blonde ale. Light malt aroma, clean water. Very light bitterness. Light spice. Hell its basically drinking a light version of a solid IPA.

UPDATED: OCT 13, 2014 Appearance: very clear average gold color, pours with a medium white head that has below average staying power Aroma: wheat, possibly corn, very lightly toasted grain Taste: hints of sweetness, very lightly toasted malt, slight bitter finish Palate: lively carbonation, light mouthfeel, no real aftertaste Overall: an average blonde ale, very bland and easy drinking, I’d normally prefer something else ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Smells like a pilsner, foamy, good head, quite hoppy, with a lingering palate.

pours somewhat hazy golden with a thin white head and no lacing. Aroma consists of apple juice notes with a hint of white grapes and ammonia. taste has hints of pineapple, white grapes and apple with some spice and metal later on. finish is fruity with some hints of sweetness. A simple beer that reminds me of the cheap grape juice protestant churches used for communion when I was a kid.

Pours a nice gold with a finger of white head. Sweet malt hides in the background of herbal hoppiness in the nose. Taste is overall sweet tempered with grain and a good touch of bitterness. Effervescent bubbles make up the feel accompanied by a slight astringent tinge. Not bad.
