Commercial Description:
This light bodied blonde ale is perfectly balanced with a touch of Crystal hops for bittering and aromatics. Fireman's #4 is a great choice on any hot Texas summer day or pair it with spicy foods to help you put out the fire.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of KAggie97. Golden with tiny impurities and a dense shaving foam style head. Somewhat flowery aroma with a whiff of yeast. Medium body with dry, floral accents and only a discreet bitterness. Somewhat astrigent finish. 171107

Bottle. A golden beer with a big white head. The aroma is of yeast, citrus and fruits, the taste is sweet malty and fruity. Mediu mbody with a dry finish.

Hazy blond color; huge head, too much… The aroma is a bit spicy, with lemon peel too. The body is so thin (overfermentation), the flavor is not interesting, there is even a bit of ammonia. Not so good.

12oz bottel acquired in trade with bu11zeye (thanks!). Bottle notched best before Dec. Poured a medium and hazy yellow color with a huge sized white head. Aromas of fruitiness, bananas, cloves, and grains. I probably would have guessed this was a Hefe by the smell. Tastes of watered down apple juice. Nasty tasting. Off to the sink...

On tap at Flying Saucer, Ft. Worth Texas. Straw colored with a small white head and some lacing. Aroma was faint but detected some light bready, lemongrass, vanilla, perfume hints. The taste was sweet not crisp, very bland, where are the hops? Light in body as well, watery and flat mouthfeel, chalky finish (which shouldn't be there). Skip this one.
