COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tawny red and full of malt and hops, Full Moon’s unique flavor quells your palate’s longing for something truly distinctive. Marrying the smooth sweetness of malted rye and barley, the ale’s rich body is complemented by ample helpings of American hops. The culmination of our efforts is an assertive American pale ale, a hop lovers dream.

A nice orange color, a bit hazy, with a 1.5 finger head that lasted a long time, very good lacing. Smelled herbal, with very nice rye aromas, a bit of hoppiness, and some grainy and fruity overtones. Quite nice smelling. Tastes rather delicious. Rye graininess is nicely complemented with light fruits, rich, sweet caramel malts, and a light spiciness. Medium to almost full in body. Very rich and creamy, yet still light enough to be almost chuggable. Very lightly bitter aftertaste, which lingers with lightly sweet rye grain flavors. Really drinkable. A class act of a beer.

Bottle. Lemony grainy malt aroma. Hazy honey gold with a moderate white head. Lemon, biscuity malt flavor with a spicy/peppery rye and hops finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Mostly clear golden/copper pour. Medium white head with some lacing. Hop aroma with rye spiciness. Taste is more malt forward than hops. High crystal malt flavor with rye spiciness finishes with balanced earthy hop flavor. Medium to high carbonation. ---Rated via iPhone

bottle. a pale orange beer with a small white head. lemony hop notes and rye malt aroma. the hop flavors stick with grassy, lemon peel thing while the malt introduces a toasty, brown sugar backing. the rye seems to prevent too much sweetness. light-medium body.

pours hazy orange with a lasting white head and lacing. aroma is not strong but has a nice citrus/hop freshness. taste is well balanced between rye and caramel. finish is faint but pleasant. A nice beer but nothing extraordinary.

Drank from a 12 oz bottle. A little too hoppy for me. Not many other flavors can come through because of this.
