Pours a hazy light brown colour. Aroma of the grains. Flavour is rye spicy with a hint of sweetness and a drying astringency. Finish is at first sweet, then dry.

Amber red glow, looking Appetising. Clear caramel malts , light funk even from the rye. Moderately hopped, going into light fizzy body so not an impressive taste, but rich enough to be nice. It’s decent but a bit odd. (On tap at Easy Tiger Austin)

On draft. Dark ruby red color characteristic of the style. Flavor is slightly bready, the rye malts seem a little too thin. Not a lot of hop presence. Kind of watery overall. A so-so ryePA.

Foxbush (1217) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - AUG 22, 2013
Draft at the Whiskey and Rye in the Omni hotel in Ft Worth The ale had poured with a white frothy head and a clear amber. There was some lacing. The aroma was of mild citrus. This is goof APA with some bitter citrus on the tongue. The medium body ale had average carbonation. The finish was smooth with the normal bitterness of a good pale ale. Tthe bitterness was felt on the top of your mouth.

Pours reddish brown with a medium white head. Slight caramel, bready aroma. Sweetness up front, with a good bitterness to the finish. Medium body. The hop finish lingers ever so slightly.
