What an amazing beer! The aroma is uber pungent with huge grassy notes. The first sip is pure delicious sweet grass. About mid way through the bottle, bitter comes to the back of the mouth. Yes, it is a refreshing... well, sipper beer. The hop aroma on this one reminds me of the authentic pilsners that I have had over in Czech.

12 oz. can from a 6’er, served in my shaker- poured a transparent thin yellow color, medium carbonation, one finger white head formed and tried it’s best to lace. Aroma of straw, light wheat, and saltines. Hits the mouth with a light body, malt is nice and subdued, nice Saaz bite in the middle, finish is crisp and a little clean. Nice for a hotter than hades day.

Golden pour under a fluffy generous white head. Standard yeasty biscuit and cracker aroma with a bit of Saaz. Smooth crisp and full flavor with potent grassy and peppery Saaz with a lovely undertone of sweet golden cracker and yeasty toast. Really well made and full bodied pils.
