Our Oktoberfest is brewed with the highest quality German malts, hops and yeast using traditional Bavarian brewing methods. The Munich and Vienna malts are the real stars of this smooth, copper-colored, medium-bodied brew. Well balanced and satisfying, our first lager is the perfect complement to your fall festivities. Prosit!!!!

(12oz bottle best by 12-2-10) clear orange with fine white bubbles. Nose of smooth sweet grains, raw mash, and brown sugar. Taste of raw grain, sweet brown sugar, smooth and drinkable. One of the better Oktoberfests from this year for me.

Bottle. Pours a deep copper color with a slight off white head that collars around the glass. The aroma is biscuity, malty, and slightly buttery with a dash of skunkiness. Slightly sweet malty taste with touches of bread and that classic german lager taste. Slight hops taste in the back end that isn’t too bitter but a nice compliment to the maltiness. Medium mouthfeel. Fairly drinkable.

12oz bottle, courtesy of thirdeye11. Thanks Chad! Deep amber slightly agressive pour yields no head and minimal lace. Piss poor nose of dirty laundry, toilet water, faint malt, hardly any sweetness which is surprising. Mildly tart mouthfeel with slightly sweet malt/marzen type flavors but also some dirty water and light popcorn. Carbonation really lacking which drags this beer down as well.

12 ounce thanks to Cavie. Orange body. Lager yeasty musty taste. Some perfume. Not as malty as other Oktoberfests, but not my style anyway.

Brown, nutty, yeasty, Oktoberfesty. Pretty good for the style. I drank the whole beer all by myself then walked home on achy feet while successfully refraining from drunk dialing. pat on the back.

Bottle from my buddy Bob Pours a nice amber with a thin off white head. The head leaves quickly and leaves spotty lacing. Aroma is bready, with some spice, a touch earthy and coffee. Has a good carbonation. the flavor is decent. Stout like but lite. Has a decent mouthfeel with a slight bitterness. An oily texture. The finish is good and aftertaste is okay. Very refreshing beer. Not super hearty. has a medium body. I like it.

Bottle. Very smooth and great for casual to heavier drinking. Deep, slightly hazy amber with a small off white head. Tastes like a typical oktoberfest, but with a bit more than the average. Somehow more robust in taste and feel without it coming from a high alcohol content or thickness to the brew.

This beer pours a dark amber with a thin off white head that dissipates quickly. The aromas are dough, cinnamon, and oil. The mouthfeel is oily and bitter with a doughy chewiness about it. This was a good beer. Cheers!
