This is definitely my favorite tripel. On the nose, the bourbon is clear. The taste is phenomenal with a nice sour finish.

Growler fill poured into a Unibroue tulip. Coppery orange with straw colored edges. Thin white head leaves quickly. Smells rich of Cabernet; black and blueberries, plum, big American oak. Tastes like a seamless blend of tripel and Cabernet. Yeast forward, dry, vinous texture. Oak, strawberry, red grape, cinnamon. Excellent beer. Hard to believe it’s not rated higher.
