With a very complex blend of citric fruitness and floral overtones, this beer has a pleasing dry hop taste tht enhances its already stellar drinkability. A favorite among many whom appreciate the finer Pale Ales. Brewed at Sudwerk for ReaperAle.

UPDATED: APR 5, 2006 Bottled. Clear amber, rich firm head. Powerful grapefruity hop aroma. Sweetish with firm, rounded malt character. There’s notes of honey behind the massive curtain of hops. Very bitter finish.

Aromas of malt and citrus/floral hop. Darkish golden color with a substantial white head. Mixed malts, primarily something roasted, along with citrus hop. Relatively soft in the mouth with mild carbonation. Rather clean and refreshing. Finishes more dry than sweet. Very smooth. Bitter persists and builds in the finish. A very nice APA.

Bottle... Murky, caramel-colored ale with a small, creamy, off-white head. Tons of floaties. The aroma is breadsy with notes of dried, yellow/orange fruit, caramel and butter. Lightly bitter, lightly tangy and astringent. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Finishes a little bitter and bone dry. Thanks go out to growler for sharing the bottle with me!
