Pivo söröző, Budapest, csapolva Egészen sötétbarna színe van, habja bézs színű, nagy buborékos és kitartó. Illata vizes földes, gyógynövényes, karamellás. Ízében is érezni a karamellát de nem túlságosan, fekete csoki, pörkölt magvakat és rozskenyeret érezni benne, kissé földes aromával. Közepesen testes és nem túl szénsavas. Utóíze keserédes és kissé gyümölcsös. Egy jobb fajta cseh barna, ami nem túl édes.

Dark brown clor, brown small head lasting. tar in aroma and flavor. Roasted. sweet, malty and quite hoppy bitter. Buttery toffee.feels like a good thick porter. aftertaste: green apple

Draught. Very good, full, buttery taste. Thought this was the porter I ordered, that’s how full it was. Almost black colour, thick beige head. Good buttery aroma.

Bottle 50 cl. Poured black coca-cola like colour with foamy tan head. Aroma is light roasted malt with hints of sweet sugar. Flavour similar, from slightly burned to sweet taste. Pretty nice roasted aftertaste, even if it feels a bit thin.

Pivovarsky Klub, Prága. Nagyon sötétbarna, néhol vöröses színe van, világosbarna habbal. Illata erősen pörkölt malátás, égetett cukros és tényleg van benne valami kólás, édes-gyógyfüves aromája is, ami az ízében is megjelenik. Ott már a karamell is nagyobb szerepet kap, illetve van egy kis aszalt gyümölcsös édessége is, továbbá egy jóm adag keserű csoki is megjelenik, de a szolid nagyon enyhén kesernyés komlós lecsengéssel az ihatóság is biztosított. Édeskésebb, de azért megfelelően száraz, közepeseb testes sör, ami szerintem nagyon jól sikerült.

(draught 0,5l) Light coffee, light dark chocolate aroma. Opaque black color. All time brown head. Medium sweet, light cocoa taste. Medium body. Creamy, watery texture. Light astringent finish.

Bottle from „Pivo Söröző”, Bp. Clear, reddish dark brown coloured brew with a frothy beige head on its top. The nose is sweet with caramel. Tasteing begins sweet with a slick mouthfeel followed in the middle by caramel, yeast and some light notes of hops, flavour’s of brown sugar and dried fruits. The sweet-sourish and medium dry finish is escorted by roasted malt, which leaves at last a sweet-roasty aftertaste behind. An adequately balanced and very good drinkable czeh dunkel.

UPDATED: OCT 12, 2010 This is my first "special" beer. Nice! Anyway, too bitter for me. Aroma is quite strong, a bit burned syrup , a bit coffee after drinking. Very nice creamy texture in the end, but the little bit slick&thick beginning is a bit too strong. [0,5 l bottle] "Rebel Černý Havlíčkobrodské pivo"

50 cl bottle. No yeast at the bottom. Very dark brown colour with a nice light brown head. Aroma of smooth roastedness and toffee combined with a light smooth hoppieness. Light sweet roasted flavour with caramel, ends up dry. Nice made but nothing overwelming.
