Rerate Draught at Prague Beer Museum on June 5, 2011 As "Rebel Cerny 11 degrees Tmavy Lezak" Clear dark brown color, light brown head. Very acidic to sour taste. Sour scent. Low mouthfeel, low bitterness. This was very obviously infected, rating it, but leaving my higher previous rating. 2/4/3/2/5=1.6

Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted, milk chocolate, toffee, brown sugar, light peat - smoke. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long to average duration. Pours a beautiful slightly reddish brown colour with a big, beige frothy head. Aroma of mildly toasted malts and caramel. Flavour of toasted malts, caramel, coffee and mild hop notes. Medium bodied and a bit watery mouthfeel. Nice Dunkel.
